The "Making Mining Valuable" is one of ten activities AMEP 2 supports in the FY 2022-23 and it aims to use non-traditional approaches to engage and inform stakeholders and the public. We invite communications, public relations, and marketing firms to submit innovative and community-inspired proposals that open up channels of communication, help share the stories, concerns, and opinions of the public, and encourage dialogue on the issue. Proposed communication tactics can be exhibits and use multimedia platforms and visual arts that bolster collaboration and information exchange. In using new strategies, the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industries has an opportunity to unlock new relationships with community groups, in particular youth, women, and differently abled persons, those who typically may have limited access to information or engagement opportunities. The project will work in no more than three soums from the selected aimag.
